Someone left prims on my rental, how can I have them removed?

We are happy to return objects left behind on your rental at any time. However we will need you to provide some basic information in order to return the items including the name of the object owner. 

  • If you would like to return ALL objects owned by a specific person we only require the name of the owner. 

  • If you would like to return only one or two items owned by some one then we will require the owners name and the name of objects you would like to return. 

  • Please be sure you are sending us the name of the object owner and NOT the object creator when submitting your request.

Please be aware that while most tickets are completed within 24 hours, some may take up to 72 during times of higher than normal support volume.
