Q: Can I host a large event here, like a wedding?
A: No. While residents may throw parties and host private gatherings, we are unable to accommodate large events such as weddings. More info [Here] and [Here]

Q: What size house can I place on the rental?

Q: Can I keep my breedables here?
A: Yes! Bella Pointe allows residents to keep breedables on their rentals within certain limitations. More info [Here]

Q: Can I place my store or club here?
A: While the majority of Bella Pointe regions are strictly “Residential Only”, we do offer a limited number of “Commercial Only” sims. If you would like a commercial rental please visit our rental center and check the “Commercial” board for current availability. More info [Here]

Q: Is security already included with the rental?
A: Yes! Bella Pointe provides a free Security orb with each rental. More info [Here]

Q: Do you offer any discounts?
A: Yes! When you pay 4 weeks (28 days) in a single payment you will receive a 7% time bonus (2 days) free! We also offer other long term discounts. More info [Here]

Q: Can I control the TV and radio?
A: Yes! Bella Pointe provides a free prim media radio in our Resident Pack. The radio allows residents and their guests to select from dozens of different stations to listen to, as well as add their own Icecast Streams. In the same package you will also find the free Bella Pointe TV. The TV includes all of the top SLTV channels, a DJ mixing app, paint program and much more. Residents may also use their own Prim Media TVs.

Q: Where can I get landscaping to match whats on my rental?
A: We provide copies of all of landscaping found on our rentals to our residents free of charge! You can find the additional landscaping packs inside the Resident Pack!

Q: Can I change the dome from day to night?
A: Yes! Residents are able to change their domes between day, sunset and night using the dome/sky control button on their Bella Pointe control panels.

Q: Are there issues with lag here?
A: No! Bella Pointe has 24 hour lag monitoring on all of our regions. This specially designed monitoring system tracks region performance in real time and alerts us immediately if there is an issue.

Q: Can I change the land settings?
A: No, all land settings are static. However residents are able to control access via their security orbs and select media through their radios and TV directly.
